Dan has over 15 years of global experience in private banking, investment and law.

Dan is the former Head of Business Affairs at Future Capital Partners in London which has made venture investments of over $13 billion. Prior to this, Dan was the head of the Australian legal team for Australia's largest renewable energy business, Infigen Energy (formerly a Babcock & Brown Wind Partners), a listed vehicle on the Australian Stock Exchange.

Dan's professional career has focused on investment and deal execution, specifically M&A activity (structuring, negotiating and de-risking), financing, green field project development and asset management. Dan also worked with Minter Ellison lawyers in their Finance Group.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

As Investor Relations Director, Asher manages investment accounts, serves and expands the investor community, and nurtures fruitful partnerships. Asher joined OurCrowd with over 15 years of diverse international business development experience from the financial, consumer, and enterprise software industries. Most recently, he co-founded and serves as an advisor of The Brand Builders, a leading inbound online marketing agency delivering results focused lead generation for B2B companies. In his previous role, Asher served as Director of International Business Development at Net-Translators - a leading provider of language and localization services, supporting the growth of multi-national technology and enterprise software companies.  Prior to that, he led sales efforts at the New York Commercial Accounts Division of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, and was a nationally ranked distributor of a high-quality line of kitchen and outdoor consumer products at Vector Marketing Corporation (subsidiary of Cutco Corp.). Asher earned his BBA in Corporate Finance from Queens College, New York. Born and raised in Jerusalem, Asher resides there today with his wife Ruthie, and son Eitan.

Noah joined OurCrowd in 2013 and is currently a Vice President of Investor Relations. Noah engages OurCrowd’s growing global investor community and assists investors in leveraging their networks with OurCrowd portfolio companies. Through lectures at universities and for international business delegations, he educates investors about the ‘Startup Nation’, as well as the risk and reward of investing in early-stage companies. Noah holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a BSc from (SUNY) Binghamton University’s School of Management. Prior to OurCrowd, he served in the IDF as a captain in the Ministry of Defense’s Financial Advisors to the Chief of Staff Directorate. Before moving to Israel in 2007, Noah was a Media Buyer in New York with Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG), a Publicis Groupe company. In that role, he was responsible for strategic planning, negotiating and implementing corporate advertising campaigns for US clients including Activision, UBS, and Coca-Cola brands. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Noah is a semi-professional chef, avid world traveler and outdoor enthusiast who hiked across Israel from the Mediterranean Sea to the Sea of Galilee. Noah is also an active Angel investor and startup mentor.

Ilana Fletcher has twenty years of international experience as a Business Development and as a Strategic Sales Professional, with a focus on Israeli technology companies. Ilana moved to Israel from the Netherlands in 1997, and immediately started to work at DenX Ltd. (currently Image Navigation Ltd.), a developer of training methods for dental students. She subsequently was one of the first executives to be hired at IDT’s (NYSE:IDT) technology subsidiary in Jerusalem as the International Director of Sales and Business Development, where she was involved in managing the call center and technology development operations. From IDT, Ilana moved to Omek Interactive, a pioneer in gesture technology, as a Senior Director of Business Development and Client Relations. Shortly after Intel’s (NASD:INTC) acquisition of Omek, Ilana worked as the Senior Director of EMEA Sales for Time to Know Inc., a developer of K-12 educational content, and for the Israeli office of Spirent Communications PLC (LON:SPT). Ilana joined OurCrowd in 2016.

In all of Ilana’s roles, she has rapidly become the “go-to” person for client relations and business development efforts, particularly related to new customer leads, initial contact, deal definition, closing, and of course building and maintaining ongoing relationships. Her most salient skills include client-facing communications, negotiations, troubleshooting, and organization. Ilana also enjoys representing her company at international venues, which she has done in over thirty countries. Ilana is married and has three children. She is fluent in Hebrew and various European languages. In her free time Ilana loves to play basketball.

Scott has over 10 years of experience leveraging the power of communities. Prior to joining OurCrowd, he was the founder of The AIPAC Technology Division, a network of pro-Israel political activists, and worked as an operative on municipal, gubernatorial and US Senate campaigns in addition to consulting for advocacy campaigns and not-for-profits in the United States, Canada, and Israel. A lifelong advocate of Israel, Scott has served in leadership roles at the World Zionist Organization and Jewish Agency for Israel; elected to the Zionist General Council and Zionist Congress. Scott received his BA from the New York University and served in the IDF’s Artillery Corp.

Prior to OurCrowd, David was a venture capitalist, angel investor and top ranked equity analyst at Mackie Research, CIBC, and Desjardins. As the Managing Director of Terracap Ventures, David developed the firm's overall corporate strategy. David also served as Head of the Technology Group for Mackie Research Capital in the Equity Research department covering Software & Media sectors. David was consistently ranked as a leading technology analyst (software) in Canada, and prior to joining Mackie Research Capital worked at leading financial institutions, including Desjardins, CIBC World Markets, and First Marathon. David ‘s operational experience includes roles as CFO at several startups including Cavet and Beam Networks. David sits on the Advisory Board of the Canadian Innovation Exchange and also serves as an Advisor to Charity Bids. Additionally, David was a board Director at Sarda Technologies and Helix Medical Systems and recently joined The Next 36 as an advisor.

Eli Neusner is a senior investment management professional with extensive business development, marketing, communications, capital raising and investor relations experience. Over the course of his career, Eli has directly or indirectly raised more than $2 billion in capital from a combination of institutional and high net worth investors. Eli is currently a senior member of the investor relations team for OurCrowd and is responsible for expanding OurCrowd’s investor network and capital base in the Americas.

 

Previously, Eli was Managing Director of MIP Global, a Boston-based investment firm, where he led business development and investor relations for the firm’s asset management group. Prior to joining MIP Global, Eli was Managing Director and founder of The EastSide Group, an investor relations and marketing consulting firm that helped alternative fund managers and companies with their investor interactions, including capital raisings, investor presentations, and investor communications. Prior to starting The EastSide Group, Eli was a senior member of the financial communications practice of Fleishman-Hillard, one of the world’s leading public relations firms, where he guided several companies through IPOs, private placements, and other critical investor interactions. Prior to Fleishman-Hillard, Eli directed investment research and managed the company’s investor community at MetaMarkets.com, sponsor of the world’s first online mutual fund.

Eli has a BA from Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from Boston University and is fluent in Spanish.
