Wolf Bielas is the Managing Partner of Wolfpack Ventures in San Diego, CA and a veteran of the technology industry. Less than a year after graduating from Mexico’s renowned Monterrey Institute of Technology, Wolf founded Computer Outlet, Inc. In 1991, Wolf founded Retail Systems International, which he then sold to Zebra Technologies (NASDAQ:ZBRA) in 2005. After the sale, Wolf founded RSI ID Technologies which merged with Sirit inc. (TSX:SI), a publicly traded company based out of Toronto, in 2008.From 2008-2010, Wolf was the President of Latin America for Sirit. After selling Sirit to Federal Signal Corporation (AMEX:FSS) in 2010, Wolf started Wolfpack Ventures, a venture fund for startup companies. Wolf holds a degree in Computer Engineering and has completed MIT’s Entrepreneur Masters program. His primary areas of expertise include corporate growth, M&A, software development and implementation, manufacturing, customer service, corporate leadership, and sales. Wolf currently serves in the board of directors for the Eastlake Business Association and is married with three children. His pastimes include yachting, running triathlons, and skiing.He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Sigal Widman worked more than ten years in the Venture Capital Industry. She was Vice President Human Resources and a Partner in Israel Seed Partners, Human Capital Consultant in Benchmark Capital Israel and Vice President Human Capital in Gemini Israel Fund. During those years, Sigal accumulated unique experience in management assessment of companies in the due-diligence stage prior to the investment decision.Sigal holds a BA in Hebrew Literature & General Studies from the Hebrew University and a Certificate in HR Management from the Open University. She graduated of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), a US-based global training school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), and has Group Leadership Certification from Bar-Ilan University.

Jeffrey Belk is Managing Partner of Bright Light Management, LLC, focused on identifying and investing in growth opportunities in a selection of high-growth technology segments. Formerly, Belk spent almost 14 years at Qualcomm Incorporated, where prior to his departure in early 2008, he was Qualcomm’s senior vice president of strategy and market development.
From 2000 until 2006, Belk was senior vice president, global marketing, leading a team responsible for Qualcomm's corporate messaging, communications, and marketing worldwide. In 1999-2000, Belk was SVP & GM of Qualcomm Eudora Products, Qualcomm’s award winning email client. In 1997, Belk was named VP, marketing of Qualcomm Consumer Products, and initiated the company’s global branding and communications efforts. Prior to Qualcomm, Belk spent ten years in the early growth years of the PC industry, primarily with Proxima Corporation. Belk joined the company in 1983, when the company was less than 25 employees, and was with the company through its IPO in the early 90’s in several key distribution, product management, and international roles.
Belk currently serves on the Board of Directors of Peregrine Semiconductor (Nasdaq: PSMI), InterDigital Corporation (Nasdaq: IDCC), the Wireless Life Sciences Alliance, and the UC San Diego Alumni Association. Belk graduated UC San Diego with a degree in Economics, and has an MBA from UC Irvine.
Peter has been the founder or first professional CEO of six companies and has led five of them to successful exits. He has served, at the direction of venture capital investors/boards as interim and turnaround CEO for four other companies and has sat on over 15 private and public boards as an outside director. He has also served as a partner for a US based Institutional Venture Capital Fund and is currently active with multiple international funds. He selectively advises and invests in high quality early and intermediate stage entrepreneurial companies in a wide variety of industries-from Enterprise Software, to Consumer Products and Services, to Healthcare IT, to Agricultural Technology.
Peter is also a Director on San Diego State University's College of Business Advisory Board and is Chairman of the Lavin Entrepreneurial Center’s Board. He has been to the position of Executive in Residence at SDSU. He is a past President of San Diego Venture Group, and continues as a Board Member. He is a Director for San Diego's CONNECT organization
Peter maintains offices in both the US and Israel, where he spends over 30% of the year.
Mr. Shaw holds a bachelor of engineering degree in electrical engineering from City College of New York and a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut.
Steve Wishner is Managing Partner of Flagg Capital, LLC, a real estate lender and investment management company. Steve is also a member of the General Partnership of OurCrowd International.
Steve serves on the Board of Directors of Sevo Nutraceuticals, which markets highly efficacious, scientifically researched Nutraceuticals that improve peoples lives; and the New England region of The American Technion Society, which provides support to the Technion Institute of Technology, ranked among the world’s leading science and technology universities. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Advisors to Next Stage Solutions, a financial services company providing interim and part-time CFO talent and on the Board of Advisors for Scrub-a-Dub car care centers.
Previously, Mr Wishner was Senior Vice President, Finance, Strategy and Business Development of Charming Shoppes, Inc., a leading multi-channel specialty apparel retailer specializing in women's plus-size apparel with approximately 2,100 stores and annual sales of $2 billion.
Mr. Wishner holds a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University and received an MBA degree in Corporate Finance from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
Ambassador David Adelman served as the 15th U.S. Ambassador to Singapore. He currently is a partner in the New York office of the global law firm Reed Smith LLP and was previously a managing director at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong where his responsibilities included the entire Asia-Pacific region.
David advises technology companies on a broad range of issues and has deep expertise in Asia’s markets. During his time as U.S. Ambassador, he led eight trade missions throughout Asia including the first American business delegation in history to the capital of Myanmar. David was awarded the U.S. State Department Superior Honor Award and the United States Navy Distinguished Public Service Award, the highest award granted by the U.S. Navy to non-military personnel.
David has served as a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Capital Markets Committee, the Executive Board of the Hong Kong Treasury Markets Association and the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
David serves on several corporate advisory boards. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and is on the faculty at New York University where he teaches international relations at the graduate level. He is a former member of the Board of Visitors of Emory University where he received his Juris Doctor.
David and his wife Caroline who is the Media Relations Director at Columbia University have three children.
Nathan pursues industry niches where improvement in customer-service through leveraged-technology & systems translates directly into increased shareholder value. In 2005 Nathan co-founded and chaired Real Estate Corp (RUN Property) which became Australia's largest independent residential Real Estate manager. The company was successfully sold in 2014. Nathan spent 14 years as a technical director and shareholder of Com Tech Communications which was later purchased by Dimension Data, and was recognized as the leading provider of network integration, training and distribution services in Australia employing over 1400 staff.
Nathan studied Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of Sydney. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
David was the founder and Managing Director of Dimension Data Australia Pty Ltd. and established Dimension Data Australia (formerly Com Tech Communications) in July 1987 as a Specialist Supplier of networking and communications products. At the time of sale, Dimension data employed over 1400 people, had revenues of $700mil with no external debt. The company was sold for an enterprise value of over $1bil on 2000. David actively mentors management teams.
David recently served as the Chairman of Centric Wealth Advisers Ltd. and was Chairman of Holly Connects, Inc. David was also Executive Chairman and Founding Investor of Macromatix . David is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Montech Holdings Limited.
David holds a B.Comm and B. Acc from the University of Witwatersrand.
Prior to Krongold Group, Ashley spent 15 years in the Investment Banking and Accounting industries.
He was a founding member of Investec Bank Australia and opened its Melbourne office in Nov 2000, later leading the Bank’s Private Client Lending division. Before Investec, Ashley worked at William Buck Chartered Accountants, ANZ Corporate Finance (London) and ANZ Private Bank (Australia).
Ashley serves on the Boards and is a Director of various communal charities, foundations and organisations globally. He is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), the world’s premier peer network of chief executives and business leaders.
